It has advantages of high utilization rate of excitation force, low energy consumption, low noise and long service life. The excitation force of the vibration motor can be adjusted infinitely, and the usage is convenient.
It can operate safely in specific hazardous environments. The motor shell protection grade is IP55/IP65, the insulation grade is F grade, and the explosion-proof mark is Ex d IIB T4 Gb/Ex tD A21 IP65 T130ºC.

High Performance 3 HP Electric Vibrating Motor for Tables

There is a set of adjustable eccentric blocks installed at both ends of the rotor shaft on the vibration motor, the vibrating exciting force is generated by the high speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks.
The rotar shaft is with high precision, and the inner is wound by the full copper coil, Its shell is manufactured by once casting completion,which increase its strength.Furthermore,we use all steel mould casting,ensure the nice appearance.Outer guard shield change to use one-off drawing complete,it makes the better sealing property of the vibrating motor.
